Completion of 18 semester hours in the following:

NAVY 1500 - Introduction to Naval Science
NAVY 1600 - Sea Power/Maritime Affairs
NAVY 2500 - Naval Leadership & Management
NAVY 4600 - Naval Leadership and Ethics (9 hours total)

Select Three Courses From the Following Electives:

NAVY 2600 - Naval Ship Systems I/Engr
NAVY 3500 - Navigation
NAVY 3520 - Evolution of Warfare
NAVY 3600 - Naval Operations & Seamanship
NAVY 3620 - Officer Candidate School Prep
NAVY 4500 - Naval Ship Systems II/Weapons
NAVY 4520 - Fundamentals of Maneuver Warfare

Note

The Naval Science Minor and all Naval Science courses do not require enrollment in the Naval ROTC program and are open to all University of Memphis students.
