MUID 2103 - Applied Lessons in Songwriting

Description: Individual instruction in the techniques for creating commercially viable songs in popular music formats. Original student compositions created in Songwriting courses are individually addressed in this private lesson course. Students are also encouraged to write songs in collaboration with other students. It is recommended this course be taken simultaneously with MUID 3203, but not required.

Repeatable up to 4 credits. PREREQUISITE: MUTC 2002 or permission of instructor.
