Description This course introduces students to the basic concepts of human information processing, and to illustrate its application in the applied aeronautical context. Students are then made familiar with the concepts of workload and situation awareness, associated measurement techniques and their importance in all aspects of system design and evaluation. Students will also be exposed to the fundamental aspects of data collection and analysis.
