Description (MMCS 7040-8040). Principles of bright field, fluorescence, confocal, two-photons and super resolution microscopy; methods to prepare specimen for bright field, fluorescence and live microscopy. Three hours lecture and two hours lab per week. Three hours lecture and two hours lab per week. PREREQUISITE(S): Permission of instructor.
