ESCI 8613 - GIS for Public Health and Climate Change** Credit Hours: (3) Description Fundamental GIS concepts are used to address public health research questions, to map and analyze geographical distributions of social determinants of health outcomes, and to investigate risk factors including climate change. Associations between risk factors and health outcomes are explored to address health and climate change challenges. 0 PREREQUISITE(S): Permission of instructor.
