Description Directed clinical experience (100 hours per credit) in health care settings serving children, adolescent, and adults in clinical and community settings, as well as administration of nutrition services. Emphasis on nutrition in growth and development, maintenance of wellness, and prevention and treatment of disease and disability. May be repeated for up to 12 hours of credit. May be repeated a maximum of 6 hours. PREREQUISITE(S): Enrollment in Clinical Nutrition program.
