NUTR 7522 - Management in Dietetics Credit Hours: 3 Description Management in Dietetics stresses a responsibility for achieving a deeper understanding of management applications for the dietetics profession in terms of both clinical and food systems settings. This course is designed to give you the knowledge, skills and abilities that will help you understand management principles including leadership, communication, and organizational skills; process and control strategies for marketing and diversity; and roles and responsibilities as it relates to human resources. Applications of management functions as it relates to employee training, safety, and risks in nutrition practice both in the clinical and food system setting.
