Description Semiconductor devices and microfabrication; crystal properties and growth of semiconductors, energy bands and charge carriers, p-n junction, field-effect transistors, bipolar transistors, optoelectronic devices, power devices, power devices, and fundamentals of microfabrication, including vacuum technology and thin film deposition techniques. PREREQUISITE(S): Permission of the Coordinator of Graduate Studies.
