Description This course emphasizes the development of skills for dealing with selected aspects of human resource management. It aims to enhance the students’ ability to apply theoretical concepts and alternative approaches for dealing with common issues concerning the human side of the enterprise. The course is geared to serve the needs of line and staff administrators in supervisory positions.
