PUBH 7131 - Social/Behavioral Policy Devel

Description This course will introduce students to how theories and methods in the social and behavioral sciences are applied to the development and implementation of public policy aimed at health prevention and promotion. Several current primary and secondary prevention issues will be used as exemplars, including tobacco control, physical activity, injury control, and regulation of food supply. NOTE: PUBH graduate students may not use this course to fulfill degree requirements
