PUBH 8129 - Envrnmntl Sampling & Analysis Credit Hours: (3) Description This is a graduate level laboratory and lecture course on principles, equipment, instrumentation, methodologies, and strategies for measuring environmental chemical and biological contaminants. We will examine sampling techniques, analytical methods, quality assurance/quality control, and regulatory mandates applied to air, water and soil samples. It is designed for students in the environmental health sciences and other graduate students interested in occupational and ambient-environmental exposure assessments for regulatory compliance and risk estimation.
