PADM 7721 - Strategic Planning and Performance Management

Description This course introduces students to performance management through the lens of strategic planning, which includes logic models, mission statements, goals, and objectives. Performance measurement is the tool used to collect evidence that an agency is doing what it is supposed to do and reveal how well it is doing it – the natural result of strategic planning. This course is intended to build knowledge of strategic planning, leading to a performance management plan.
