Description Content focuses on management of healthcare systems and concepts specific to executive leadership in healthcare. The course provides skill building and knowledge expansion in the critical areas of leadership and management development in the context of a rapidly changing and evolving health care environment. The course is specifically designed to develop understanding of basic healthcare economics and financial concepts, delivery models, personal skills in conflict resolution, operational analysis, employee management, and quality improvement techniques useful for achieving individual and organizational objectives.
