Description This course will introduce the principles of Crew/Team Resource Management. It will include the scientific literature behind non-technical skills (e.g. decision making, communication, leadership/team working, situation awareness and fatigue management) relevant in real-world modern environments. Students will also be introduced to the process of identifying, training and assessing Non-technical Skills in the applied aeronautical context.
