Description This course focuses on the field of property management. The role of the property manager and responsivities has evolved through time and requires a more specialized individual prepared for the challenges of property management. This class will provide not only an overview of the field of property management, but also the unique differences between different types of property management when it comes to residential, office, retail, and industrial property.
