PUBH 7472 - Digital Health Interventions and Evaluations Credit Hours: 3 Description This course will provide students with an understanding of digital health interventions to improve population health outcomes. Students will acquire hands on skills in areas of informatics enabled solutions such as self-care management, personal health record (PHR), and decision support tools to enhance healthcare delivery. The students will also acquire knowledge and skills to explore factors influencing the adoption and utilization of digital health applications to improve population health outcomes. The course will also cover topics related to public health innovations, sustainability, and entrepreneurship in health technologies. Future challenges, and opportunities related to applications of population health informatics will also be discussed.
