ESMS 8260 - Human Systems Physiology for Health Sciences **

Description Introduction to human physiology with a specific focus on general cellular physiology, neurophysiology, muscle physiology, epithelium, and connective tissue. System-based study relating to human physiology will focus on cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, endocrine, and gastrointestinal systems. Healthy and abnormal system function will be addressed along with injury, tissue repair, and inflammatory processes. PREREQUISITE(S): Graduate student status
