ESMS 8270 - Neuroanatomy for Health Sciences **

Description Foundational concepts regarding functional and regional neuroanatomy and physiology. Course content will include axonal function and neurotransmission, central and peripheral nervous system anatomy and physiology, and sensory and motor structures and function. Common neurological disorders and conditions relevant to physical therapy will also be discussed. PREREQUISITE(S): Graduate student status
