Description This course will provide learners with the theoretical and practical foundations needed to apply public health concepts to fields related to communication sciences and disorders. Concepts of public health heath include healthcare management and leadership, epidemiology, evidence-based practice, health needs assessment and quality improvement, environmental health, community health, interprofessional practice, policy and advocacy, and global health.
