PHYS 7610 - Advanced Device Physics

Description This is an advanced course in solid state and device physics. The students are expected to learn the physical principles and theoretical methods of advanced solid-state materials and device. The topics in this course will bring the students to the current research in the field. PREREQUISITE(S): PHYS 4610 or 6610
