This course focuses on synthesis of theory and practice where students are introduced to advanced nursing role and leadership concepts and practices with a focus on middle-level leadership/management, staffing, payroll, onboarding, and finance. Student is supervised by qualified preceptor. Student must achieve a “B” or better to progress.
