Analysis of the pathophysiology and collaborative clinical management of adults and older adults with selected episodic/chronic health problems in acute/critical care with emphasis on psychiatric mental health emergencies, trauma, hematologic, immunologic, musculoskeletal, and integumentary diseases and disorders.  Wound healing and surgical wound management are emphasized.  Emphasis is placed on differential diagnosis and the application of current research findings to safe and effective clinical management, and treatment.
