BA 7401 - EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP I** Credit Hours: 3 Description Executive Leadership I is a foundational course that addresses rotating topics of importance to leaders in executive positions. Specific topics in Executive Leadership I address competencies in personal and organizational leadership in dynamic environments that require unique leadership approaches for maximal effectiveness. The course will be taught in self-contained modules of about 5 weeks. Sample module topics include Emotional Intelligence and Empathy, Change and Crises Management, and Creativity in Leadership. Repeatable up to 3 hours PREREQUISITE(S): Admission into the Executive Concentration of the Master’s in Business Administration program or permission of the instructor.
