Description Executive Leadership III is a foundational course that addresses rotating topics of importance to leaders in executive positions. Specific topics in Executive Leadership I provide participants with the skills needed for effective talent management in today’s dynamic business landscape. The course will be taught in self-contained modules of about 5 weeks. Sample module topics include Talent Acquisition & Development, Inclusive Organizational Leadership, and Building High Performing Teams. Repeatable up to 3 hours PREREQUISITE(S): Admission into the Executive Concentration of the Master’s in Business Administration program or permission of the instructor.
