Description: Exploration of the origin and evolution of important mathematical ideas through examination of the lives and work of famous mathematicians.

PREREQUISITE or COREQUISITE: Enrollment in one of the Honors Calculus courses (MATH 1421 , MATH 2421 , MATH 2422 , or MATH 3402 ), or admission to departmental or University Honors Program, or permission of instructor.
