(3) Examines different periods and issues of rhetorical history each semester. One semester will consider Greek rhetoric (beginnings throught the New Testament); another will consider Latin rhetoric (Cicero through the Renaissance); a third will cover Scottish, British, and American rhetoric. May be repeated for a maximum of 9 credit hours when topic changes.
