Completion of 18 semester hours in philosophy courses, including

PHIL 1101 - Intro to Philosophy Credit Hours: (3)
or
PHIL 1102 - Intro to Ethics ** Credit Hours: (3)
PHIL 1311 - Critical Thinking ** Credit Hours: (3)
or
PHIL 1611 - Elementary Logic ** Credit Hours: (3)
12 upper division semester hours

Note

In consultation with the coordinator of undergraduate studies in philosophy, a student may design a minor (18 hours) that applies to the student’s major area of study.
