Culinary Arts Minor

The 18 hour minor is designed for students that would like to gain basic hands-on expertise and knowledge in Culinary Arts. Students will learn basic knife skills, sanitation, cooking methods, culinary terminology, nutrition analysis, and menu planning. Students choosing this minor can secure entry-level positions in the foodservice industry or start second careers in the hospitality industry.
