International Business, (B.B.A.)

Provides students with a broad, interdisciplinary education for a career in a global economy and prepares students to work in professional positions in multinational organizations and in different cultural settings. 

University General Education Program (41 hours)


See Graduation from the University  for the University General Education Program requirements. Note that MATH 1710 MATH 1830 , MATH 1421 , or MATH 1910  (Mathematics requirement) and ECON 2010   and ECON 2020   (Social/Behavioral Sciences requirement) with a minimum grade of “C” are specified for the B.B.A. degree.

Lower Division Business Core


No grade below “C” and a minimum of 2.25 GPA in the major.  For Accounting majors, no grade below “C -” and a minimum of 2.5 GPA in the major. 

Upper Division Business Core


No grade below “C-” and a 2.00 GPA in the following Upper Division Business Core:

The Major (27 hours)


No grade below “C” and a minimum 2.00 GPA in the major.

Foreign Language:


6 semester hours in one modern foreign language at or above the 2000 level or equivalent.
