The goal of this concentration is to prepare undergraduate students through fulfilling requirements in mathematics, statistics, economics, and finance for a career in actuarial science. Aspiring actuaries are required to take examinations administered by the Society of Actuaries (SOA).These examinations are the most important benchmark by which the training of actuarial students is measured. Courses required for a track are designed to prepare students for the first two SOA examinations

Actuarial Science Concentration (33 Credit Hours)
Elective Hours
Additional electives to bring credit hours to required 120 hours. Students taking the program outlined above will have 32-33 elective hours. |
