Teaching All Learners (TALN) major is crafted to empower you for a dynamic career at the intersection of elementary education and special needs support. Dive into essential skills for teaching diverse grade levels while mastering specialized techniques for students with unique learning needs. Through hands-on experiences in local classrooms, mentored by caring teachers, you'll gain practical insights through teaching and co-teaching opportunities. Completing the TALN Program opens doors to dual licensure: as a Special Education Interventionist (K-8) or Interventionist (6-12), paired with certification as an Elementary Education (K-5) teacher.
