PHYS 8610 - Advanced Device Physics Credit Hours: 3 Description This is an advanced course in solid state and device physics. This is primarily for doctoral students pursuing a degree in applied physics in the area of solid state materials. The topics in this course will bring the students to the research in solid state devices. The students are expected to learn the physics principles and theoretical methods of advanced solid state materials and devices. PREREQUISITE(S): PHYS 6610 Standard Letter
