Description: Leadership Laboratory (LLAB) augments the AFROTC academic curriculum by providing prospective Air and Space Force officers the opportunities and feedback needed to develop the leadership, managerial, and supervisory skills required of successful commissioned officers. The lab also has a Physical Training (PT) component designed to prepare cadets for the Air Force ROTC Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA) and ultimately service as an Air and Space Force Officer.
