AERO 3311 - Leading People/Effective Communication I
Credit Hours: (3) Description: “Leading People and Effective Communication” utilizes student’s field training experience to take a more in-depth look at leadership. Special emphasis is placed on enhancing communication skills, and why that is important as a leader. Students have an opportunity to try out these leadership and management techniques in a supervised environment as juniors and seniors. Corequisite(s): If pursuing a commission in the United States Air Force or Space Force upon completion of Air Force ROTC, AERO 3313 (Leading People/Effective Communication Lab) must be taken concurrently. AERO 3313 not required for those only pursuing the Aerospace Studies Minor.
