MECH 2320 - Mechanics of Materials

Description: Analysis of components subjected to tension, compression, bending moment, torque; combined loading; Mohr’s stress circle; deflection of beams; simple treatment of column buckling. Prerequisite(s): CIVL 2131 with a grade of C- or better; MATH 1920 or MATH 2421 with a grade of C- or better.
