PUBH 7985 - Fieldwork ** Credit Hours: 1 Description: Students carry out 180 hours of supervised fieldwork that is intended to practice academic preparation in real world public health practice under the supervision of a qualified preceptor and course instructor. The knowledge and skills from the core MPH and concentration courses are applied in a public health agency, community organization or other setting to demonstrate attainment of at least three foundational and two concentration competencies based on student’s background, specialization and career expectation. The course is assessed through the fieldwork portfolio (including the online Digication profile) and two tangible non-academic work products. Prerequisite(s): Completion of at least fifteen (15) credits hours of core and concentration courses and PUBH-7180
