BIOL 4098 - ST: Biology of Fungi and Mushrooms Credit Hours: 3 Description: Fungal Biology introduces basic and advanced mycological concepts including fungal-host interactions, ecological processes, cell biology and evolution, reproduction, systematics, and industrial mycology. We will focus on molecular and morphological approaches to understand these concepts. Prerequisites are BIOL 1120/1121 (General Biology II with Lab) or permission of Instructor. Prerequisite(s): BIOL 1120 and 1121 or permission of instructor.
