A management major with an entrepreneurship concentration is emphasizes the development of knowledge and skills needed for owning and operating a business, including leading people and teams, planning and organizing, creativity and strategic thinking.

College and Degree (B.B.A.) Requirements
Lower Division Business Core
No grade below “C” and a minimum of 2.25 GPA in the major. For Accounting majors, no grade below “C -” and a minimum of 2.5 GPA in the major. Upper Division Business Core
No grade below “C-” and a 2.00 GPA in the following Upper Division Business Core: Entrepreneurship Concentration (15 hours)
Elective
Courses that satisfy a requirement for the student in their major may NOT be used. The student is expected to propose an elective course, in the entrepreneurial spirit, that will enhance and support related learning and success of the entrepreneurial activity, project, or business that is the focus of the concentration. For example, the elective course could be in a functional area of knowledge critical to the entrepreneurial project implementation (e.g., non-profits, digital marketing, computer technology). |
