Healthcare and Society Minor

This minor provides students with the opportunity to develop the additional skills that professional schools in health and medical fields are seeking outside of the required science coursework. The course options are designed to enhance the student’s understanding of personal wellness, social inequalities in healthcare, provider-patient dynamics and communication, biomedical ethics, and cultural influences on health behavior.
