NUTR 4802 - Experimental Foods

Description: Technology related to chemical properties of foods and the development of new food products. Critical thinking and problem solving skills used in the preparation and evaluation of food products. Two lecture hours, two laboratory hours per week. PREREQUISITE: NUTR 2302 , CHEM 3310 , EDPR 4541 , or permission of instructor.
