HPRM 4021 - Banquet and Catering Management Credit Hours: (3) Description: This course will provide the student with an in-depth understanding of Quantity food production as applied to a catering setting. Students will design, plan, setup, prepare and serve various banquet and catering functions during the semester utilizing skills learned in previous courses.
