Description: Study and practice of writing essays and reports with emphasis on persuasion; introduction to empirical and library research, application of rhetorical principles, and nature of evidence, including numerical; academic and professional writing, editing, and revision. PREREQUISITE: ENGL 1010 and 1020 with a “C-” or better, or their equivalent.
