MECH 4395 - Honors Thesis Proposal

Description: Scholarly work in engineering requires advanced understanding in a particular field of study as well as the foundation in fundamental principles provided by the undergraduate curriculum. The student will work with an Honors Thesis advisor to identify a suitable thesis topic and to develop the advanced understanding required for scholarly study of that topic. A formal written and oral proposal must be accepted by the departmental honors committee for the successful completion of this course. PREREQUISITE: senior standing and approval by the departmental honors committee.
