Description: “Team and Leadership Fundamentals,” provides a fundamental understanding of both leadership and team building. The lessons and course flow are designed to prepare students for field training and leadership positions in the detachment. COREQUISITE: If pursuing a commission in the United States Air Force or Space Force upon completion of Air Force ROTC, AERO 2213 (Team & Leadership Fundamentals Lab) must be taken concurrently. AERO 2213 not required for those only pursuing the Aerospace Studies Minor.
