Description: Key concepts and frameworks in managerial planning, formulation, implementation, and control of business and corporate strategy with an emphasis on sustainable competitive advantage; tools of strategic analysis in a dynamic and fast-changing organizational environment; ethics and corporate social responsibility as it applies to strategy. Serves as the senior capstone course for the BBA degree. PREREQUISITE: MGMT 3110, MGMT 3032 or MGMT 3033 or MGMT 3510. Enrollment limited to Fogelman College of Business and Economics senior business students in the final semester prior to graduation.
