ESCI 4515 - Geographic Info Science (3) Theoretical and practical understanding of fundamental GIS concepts, capabilities, and applications; nature of geographic data and issues of data input, data models, database design, spatial analysis, data output using ArcGIS software. Three lecture hours, two laboratory hours per week. PREREQUISITE: ESCI 1010 or ESCI 1020 or permission of instructor.
