(3) Laws, regulations, customs, ethics, and practical realities of estate management. The course covers decedents? estates (probate law, wills, trusts, intestate succession) as well as estate management for those who are legally incapacitated (conservatorships and guardianships). PREREQUISITE: LEGL 2400 and LEGL 2410.
