In this 18-credit Special Events and Catering Management minor, students will gain a solid understanding of the planning, organizing, and execution of a multitude of special events. Students will gain experiential learning opportunities in all facets of the industry in the new restaurant and special event space at the Kemmons Wilson Culinary Institute. This minor will allow the students to gain specific competencies that are directly related in the very popular and ever-growing special events and catering management industry.
