In this 18-credit hour minor, the expert instructors at the Kemmons Wilson Culinary Institute will cover baking and pastry techniques as well as kitchen and restaurant management skills in our new state-of-the-art facility. The Pastry and Baking Minor will provide specialized academic and technical skills that will help prepare students for careers as pastry chefs and bakery managers.
