ESMS 2015 - Resistance/Aerobic Training Applications Credit Hours: (3) Description: Basic theory and practice regarding multiple resistance training and aerobic conditioning modalities. Hands-on experience with resistance training tools that are commonly utilized by professionals working with clients in sport, rehabilitation, and physical conditioning. Free weight, body weight, and machine exercise modalities will be utilized, along with basic resistance exercise programming and instructional methods.
